Dave and Teresa Burne have taken over Knife Pro with a commitment to delivering premium knives and accessories to New Zealand customers. With hands-on expertise and a focus on customer service, they are dedicated to supporting professional chefs, home cooks, hunters, butchers, and fishermen. Every product is selected for durability, performance, and value, backed by local knowledge and genuine support.

Our knives are sourced from Jero in Portugal, founded in 1983. Their innovation, attention to detail and design are second to none. At Knife Pro NZ, we are immensely proud to be the only company in New Zealand partnered with Jero.
